Associated Assessment Criteria for Exit Level Outcome 1:
A Compliance monitoring plan is developed for a municipality that corresponds with the requirements of the municipality.
A compliance risk management plan is drafted according to requirements.
Compliance is monitored as per the monitoring plan.
Corrective action for identified non-compliance matters are recommended and escalated where necessary.

Associated Assessment Criteria for Exit Level Outcome 2:
Scope of data collection is correctly determined.
Results are communicated with relevant persons.
Correct information from all sources is interpreted.
Time management and logistical arrangements are facilitated for efficient data collection.
A site inspection is conducted according to procedure.
Measurements, data, property attributes and conditions are identified and/or confirmed.
Data is collated, verified and captured according to procedure.

Associated Assessment Criteria for Exit Level Outcome 3:
Researched sales information, sales trends and basic economic indicators are analysed and interpreted.
A market analysis on residential properties is produced.
Valuation methodologies are applied to obtain accurate valuation of a single residential property.
A residential property valuation report is written and in line with applicable standards.

Associated Assessment Criteria for Exit Level Outcome 4:
Performance criteria defined for bid documentation/specifications are corrected.
Contract deliverables defined for bid documentation/specifications are corrected.
Appropriate terms and conditions of contracts are identified.
GV contract deliverables, milestones/timelines are determined.
A correct and appropriate project implementation plan is developed, and the method of reviewing it, is described.
Risk identification and risk management/escalation procedures for contracts and projects are applied correctly and appropriately.
A project report that is accurate and in line with applicable standards is compiled.

Associated Assessment Criteria for Exit Level Outcome 5:
A range of appropriate communication skills are used during interactions with customers.
Queries, reviews, objections and appeals are differentiated to determine course of action.
The nature and validity of a query, request for review, objection or appeal is ascertained and documented.
A query, review, objection or appeal is correctly recorded and followed up.
The activities prior to, during and after appeal board hearings are correctly implemented.
Appeal board decisions are communicated to relevant parties using appropriate means.
Documentation pertaining to appeal board hearings is maintained.

Associated Assessment Criteria for Exit Level Outcome 6:
Data matching techniques, data manipulation and data cleansing are applied to MPRA systems data.
Identification of anomalies and resultant actions demonstrates correct application of procedures is demonstrated.
Identification of differences and outlier values in valuation roll data demonstrates correct application of techniques and appropriate actions are correctly undertaken.
Management of records is demonstrated through the correct application of checking, confirming, collation, maintenance and archiving procedures.

Integrated Assessment:
Integrated Formative Assessment:
The skills development provider will use the curriculum to guide them on the stipulated internal assessment criteria and weighting. They will also apply the scope of practical skills and applied knowledge as stipulated by the internal assessment criteria. This formative assessment leads to entrance into the integrated external summative assessment.

Integrated summative assessment:
An external integrated summative assessment, conducted through the relevant Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) Assessment Quality partner is required for the issuing of this qualification. The external integrated summative assessment will focus on the exit level outcomes and associated assessment criteria. The external summative assessment will be a test conducted through an evaluation of written and practical tasks covering critical aspects in a simulated environment at an assessment centre accredited by QCTO and conducted by a registered assessor. The assessment will take place over a minimum period of 1 day.
