Demonstrate an understanding of the management functions of a salon manager with regard to planning, personnel, and training of staff.
Demonstrate an understanding of the job as a salon manager with regard to handling inventory, pricing strategy, and bookkeeping.
Demonstrate an understanding of budgeting, resources, and planning with the intention of operating the salon at a profit.
Demonstrate an understanding of how to use skills and display the right attitudes in order to be professional and optimise one`s career development.
Demonstrate an understanding of the importance of maintaining a professional image by taking care of both mind and body.
