a) A written examination assesses the student’s knowledge of the contents after each module has been completed;
b) and (c) Problem-type questions set in written examinations and assignments assess the student’s ability to identify legal issues and apply theoretical principles to practical problems;
c) Insight into the relevance of proposed solutions is assessed by problem-type questions posed in examinations and assignments
Integrated assessment:
Continuous evaluation in the form of the preparation and presentation of seminars will take place and after completion of every module the student will undergo a written examination. An assignment relating to drawing up of documents for litigation purposes has to be completed.
