PURPOSE OF THE UNIT STANDARD
This Unit Standard is intended for people who have, or who wish to have the skills and knowledge necessary to arrive at motivated solutions to the legal problems that are encountered in the carriage by sea of internationally traded goods.
Individuals who are credited with this Unit Standard will be able to apply a knowledge and understanding of carriers` conditions of carriage by sea, to the forwarding operation.
